MTLD Holdings, LLC and its’ affiliates,  doing business as PV BRANDS USA operate under its’ trade name (PV BRANDS USA) was formed to engage and support the COVID-19 crisis with experience, relationships and resources to secure a supply chain in Taiwan, Korea, Mexico, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries for PPE products mainly Vietnam. 

We are a U.S. based company with a local management team in place ready to assist our clients. The company is comprised of a team from every facet of trade to secure and deliver a supply chain that include KN-95 mask, 4-Ply medical masks, hand sanitizer, and soon to include Gloves and other medical products.  PV Brands USA is well positioned to become the global supplier of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE). We manufacture our products that consists of masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers in Vietnam and Made with America.

Our company does not manufacture any of our products in China and meet all certification, testing and compliance requirements. PV Brands has obtained exclusive manufacture representative agreements with Vietnam’s largest producers. PV Brands USA consists of partnerships with family owned/operated and affiliated companies. In our current portfolio there are more than 22 manufacturing facilities with over 30,000 employees that are presently or in the process of converting their production lines to accommodate the rapid demand for PPE.

Currently the United States and other countries have seen an unprecedented demand for PPE which has strained the supply chain. According to a recent report on Fox News, China produces over 80 percent of the worlds PPE supply but during the pandemic has only supplied less than 45 percent to the United States and other countries in desperate need of PPE. In addition, 65 of the 80 Chinese companies making the KN 95 PPE have been prohibited from selling to the United States because they failed to meet the strict quality and compliance requirements set forth by certifying agencies. PV Brands product lines meet ISO certification and adhere to all FDA, CDC, OSHA etc. licensing/permit requirements.

The Strategic National Stockpile has been depleted due to the global demand for PPE. PV Brands USA can fill that void due to national support in Vietnam, a country known as a manufacturing powerhouse, to convert existing production lines to fill the void. Under exclusive arrangements PV Brands can produce over one billion KN 95 masks annually under the new moniker PVN 95 masks as a Vietnam designate and Made with America.

PV Brands USA can annually produce billions of Nitrile gloves powder free and millions of premium quality hand sanitizer, all enough to fill the nation stockpile in a manageable timeframe. We pride ourselves in meeting or exceeding the quality of existing PPE, producing national quantity supply all while matching or beating competitors price points.
